a| In 1682, a number of libretti appeared with a particular armillary printer's mark. Carl B. Schmidt attributes the printer's mark to an anonymous Amsterdam printer/publisher. He bases this attribution on the use of similar armillary printers' marks by Amsterdam printers, in particular the Elzeviers. Between 1682 and 1684 at least twelve little works appeared under this printer's mark, which together provide a good overview of Jean-Baptiste Lully's most important composed works up to that time.
