No. 11, the 'Menuet d'Exaudet' was a popular couple-dance of which there remains a choreographic notation by Claude-Marc Magny in his 'Principes de chorégraphie' (Paris, 1765); no. 16, the 'Marche de Huron', originates from Grétry's opéra-comique 'Le Huron' (1768); no. 34, 'Andante Nos cœurs', originates from Grétry's opéra-comique 'Silvain' (1770); no. 19 is the overture of Monsigny's opéra-comique 'Le Déserteur' (1769)
