Bremner was a Scottish publisher who in 1754 set up a printing company in Edinburgh (see 05D09 and 09K25) which moved to London around 1762
according to Percy A. Scholes (The Great Doctor Burney, Oxford, 1948, vol. 2, p. 203) this is the “first music ever to be printed for two performers at one keyboard"
