This edict forbids the printing and publication [of controversial pamphlets and 'pasquillen'] and promises a bounty for reporting the printer and authors of a certain publication.
Steven van Muyden was secretary of the Court of Utrecht from 1721 until his death in 1751.(see Nieuw Nederlandsch Biografisch Woordenboek 1911-1937 Vol.2 p.970).
