Nota:
Collection of arias for soprano in different hands. Some arias have the name [Mlle Monville] on top. Could this be a collection for the soprano Mlle Monville (?-1768), the creator of Œnone, Phèdre's confidante in Rameau's 'Hippolyte et Aricie' in 1733? She was equally casted in 'Achille et Deidamie' by Campra, 'Scanderberg' by Francœur & Rebel, 'Les Voyages de l'Amour' by Boismortier and 'Le Triomphe de l'Harmonie' by Grenet.
The aria in E Major "So che fedele" could derive from Sacchini's 'Creso' (Naples, 1765); while the aria in E-flat Major "Pavento ah giusti Dei" could derive from Sacchini's 'Montezuma' (London, 1775)
"Sur un rocher désert" is not Collin de Blamont's cantata, as the seller thought
The B-flat Major aria "Ah se in benigne stelle" has a lyric from Metastasio's 'L'Eroe cinese' (Vienna, 1752); this manuscript is signed by the copyist, Lalance
The text of "Berenice che fai" is taken from Metastasio's 'Antigono' (1743)
